What type of Licenses available?
Our modules come as subscription basis or full licensing model.
What is a subscription license?
A subscription is monthly payment for the subscribed modules and to access all features available in that module. Additionally, the subscription covers maintenance, helpdesk support, daily backup, bugs fixing and version releases.
What is a full licensing model?
In this model, you will get un-limited users. We do not charge per user basis.
Do you charge for additional users in full-licensing model?
No. In our module licensing, all un-limited users irrespective of the number of users.
Do you provide White label/Branding?
Yes, our products will be branded as per your company branding, logo, website etc.,all our mobile apps will be created under your business branding in Google Play store and Appstore.
Do I need to buy server?
No, all our solutions are cloud based. You can choose to pay cloud subscription monthly basis.
Can I use non-cloud model?
Yes, it is possible to have a non-cloud model and you need to buy your own server.
Version upgrades?
As long as annual maintenance contract is enabled, you are entitled to get all version upgrades FREE.
Additional/Custom Development?
We can do additional development as per your requirement. On case-to-case basis, this would be chargeable.
Are the modules customisable to suit business requirements?
Yes, all our modules and solutions are customisable depending on the business requirements.
Data Backup?
We provide Free-Backup (twice a day including holidays) for your data.

Your data is fully secured in our cloud server with encrypted passwords and necessary security software. Our products also go through regular security audits by external security experts.
NDA Agreement
We will provide an NDA agreement when the contract is signed. This NDA is valid and can be renewed on yearly basis.
Billing and BL templates?
We do have many standard templates available. We will also configure your business specific templates as part of the implementation. There are no limitations on the number of templates in the system.

How do you support?
All our support done on-site/remote depending on the severity of the issue. You can also create a support ticket in our helpdesk system to track.

Data Migration?
We provide data migration templates for shipment data, business partner, chart of accounts, billing library, Warehouse locations, Inventory SKU, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. If you are using any other systems and wish to migrateinto our solutions it would be lot easier and faster. You can use our existing templates and migrate your data seamlessly via excel files.
Data Migration Costs?
There are NO costs for data migration as you just need to fill in data in our templates and upload into the system. We will help you to migrate the data.
Do you have Free Trial?
Normally we do not provide free trials as our solutions are not off-the-shelf solutions as we do need customization effort. Nevertheless, contact us and case to case basis we can consider this request.
